Behind the Badge reports that Ryan Miller who was drafted in the third round by the Crew was picked up off waivers by DC. Why would the Crew just release him? Probably to make room for Nyazamba, the Rookie of the Year in USL-2, who we discussed on here last week.
However, the rosters are set as of yesterday. Did the Crew sweep in for Nyazamba yesterday or did they just release Ryan Miller for no reason? There hasn't been much talk from the Crew or Mitchell except for Mitchell saying the rosters are set on his Thursday post.
