LA puts on a brave face here getting ready for the Crew. Bruce Arena in the Dispatch said about LA's plans, "It's very, very sophisticated," coach Bruce Arena said with a healthy dose of his usual dry humor. "We still haven't completed it. We'll be in the lab till midnight working on this one." Yeah better work on a good one, if Arena doesn't win soon they will have to find another new coach. Wins are not likely in Columbus.
Beckham said on MLSnet.com about all the MLS cities he has been to,
"I've enjoyed all of them. There's not one (city) I dislike unless we lose. That's the only time I dislike going to places," Beckham said. "It's been incredible to travel around to different parts of America."
Well he's going to learn to dislike Columbus and the Nordecke real fast. I hear there might be a sighting of Posh in the Nordecke(well as blow up dolls.) :-)
Becks credits the Nordecke as well, "I know it's a hostile atmosphere," said Beckham. "I know their fans are very passionate about their team and their club. It's a place I've been looking forward to coming for awhile. It's going to be a tough game for us. We know how well they are playing at the moment and they know we need to win."
More LA brave face posturing...
Last time in LA the Galaxy got the 3-3 tie because Beckham got knocked over by the wind. Thankfully, Lenhart was there to save the day and tell LA to get bent.
LINEUP:

PREDICTION: This time it's at least going to be 3-0 Crew, if not more. Los Angeles is a total joke.
