4/15/09: A Few Must Do, New Section Ideas

1.) "La La Lah La Lah La" From Liverpool and St. Pauli:


St. Pauli has a version that goes "La La La La Lah La Lah La Forza Forza Forza St. Pauli." We were between "Forza Forza Forza For The Crew" And "Glory Glory Glory To The Crew."

Seems like Glory would be the better decision sice more people will get that so:

Some people think we need a Torres diddy but I don't know if we should make it more complicated. This would be effective enough and very simple to catch on like "we love you."

2.) Slowed Down Version of Marching In With Clapping Via Tottenham


It's much more dramatic if you slow it down and add clapping. Very easy to do since we do the chant anyways.

3.) Huge Flag Demonstration

Some month soon all season ticket holders can get a free flag from the FO. Now I don't know how big the flag is and I'm usually not a huge fan of using FO stuff for demonstrations. But, hey if it's free and can lead to a good demonstration why not.

So, I was thinking why not get 1/2 poles, the smallest type, and somehow find a way to attach all these flags to a pole. The material I'm thinking of would cost 80 cents for two flag poles. Which means like 40 cents a person.

How bad ass would that look in the section. I wish the Crew would add a pole alone with the flag for the rest of the stadium as well. That would be excellent.
