4/5/09: HSH/CSU Toronto Bus Trip Information

A couple posts previous is Allen's information for his trip that consists with a stay at the hotel with the team. Here is the information on the cheaper trip. I'll post a link on the left or right side of my blog after tonight's game so people can easily access the info for both buses.

Here is the current info on the trip. We have already put a deposit down
on the tickets and hostel with a payment in full for the bus due April
15th. Allen was able to get the remaining tickets to Toronto so the
supporters groups will have to split a single 54 passenger bus. Spots
are limited and expected to go quick so I would encourage people to
contact Blake or myself ASAP to reserve a spot.

Crew Union along with Hudson Street Hooligans and La Turbina Armarilla
have put together an overnight bus trip to Toronto for the May 2nd
match. There are only 54 seats available on the bus so please email

ASAP to reserve your spot today.

*Cost* - The current cost of the trip is *$120.00* for members (Crew
Union, HSH, LTA) and *$140.00* for non-members. We are currently working
with the Crew FO to help reduce the price of the trip and anticipate the
final cost per person to be around $100.00 for members and $120.00 for
non-members. Included in the cost is bus transportation to and from
Toronto, a ticket to the match, lodging at the hostel, and a box lunch
from Cafe del Mundo on the ride to Toronto. There will be free beer on
the bus ride up to Toronto!

*Hostel* - We have booked rooms at the Global Village Backpackers Hostel

in downtown Toronto. There are 8 private double rooms set aside for
couples with the remaining beds in quad rooms. We will have a portion of
the hostel set aside for our group that includes a private lounge with
sofas and a flat screen TV just for Crew Supporters.
